About This Part
OEM thermistor (temperature sensor) for LG dryers. Located in the blower housing, this sensor monitors the air temperature inside the drum and signals the control board to regulate heat output. When it fails, the dryer may overheat, stop heating prematurely, or display tE or tE3 error codes. Replacement requires only a Phillips screwdriver.
